      Dear anyone,

First of all, I want to tell a little bit about my insomnia story. So about 2 months ago, I experienced a very stressful insomnia. It literally destroyed my life. I quit from my part time job(because I felt very very tired), I failed my midterm exam, and I crashed my car because it became very hard to focus while driving.
And then a miracle happened. Suddenly, I develop a sleep routine which I slept from 10 to 7. I can’t remember how I did it, I just did. It was great and it lasted for like 1 month.
But now, It has been 2 nights I haven’t sleep. The scary part is, I don’t feel tired at all. It started when I was working on an assignment and I slept at 12 and woke up at 9. I don’t know maybe I slept for too long, but it makes me unable to sleep in the next night. And also the next. Tonight is going to be the third night, and I don’t feel sleepy at all. I’m really scared that I lost my ability to sleep. Has anyone ever have similiar experience or have any suggestion for me?

How are you getting on? Any updates? Usually, it’s a good idea to follow a regular and appropriate sleep window — and try to avoid compensating for a bad night of sleep (or no sleep) by modifying your daytime life too much.
