      My 14-day free lesson is about over. It’s been a much needed and useful review. I have used CBT for insomnia before but had drifted back into poor habits. This has been a good reminder and motivated me to get back on track. If you are new to CBT for sleep, experience tells me it can be effective but you have to stick with it.
