      I have been sleeping really badly for about twenty five years and always knew that it was “in my head”, but never knew how to tackle the issue. I watched a show on TV recently about people who have insomnia and learned about sleep restriction. I did some further investigation and found the insomniacoach website and signed up for the free course eight days ago. I have started practicing the sleep restriction and implemented stimulus control last night for the first time. After listening to a few podcasts of success stories I am confident that my sleep will improve in time and I am really looking forward to the days when I don’t feel tired all the time.
