      Just started implementing some CBT-I techniques and starting to feel a bit more confident, even though progress is slow. It has only been about a week of me staying strict with the sleep scheduling.

        Well done on your progress hope it’s still going well but remember not every night will be better than the last ( it’s the same for so called good sleepers) so don’t worry if you have a hiccup or two along the way

          Welcome and congratulations on your progress! One of the cliche’s I like to use in my personal life is…”Progress is still progress” and your achievement (although you might think is small) is still progress and that’s because of the effort you’ve made in restoring your sleep. Stay the course, stay patient and you’ll continue to see benefits…and progress!
