      No it won’t affect either. Having any kind of fear including fear of poor sleep won’t negate your body ability to sleep. It will still happen no matter what, like breathing. Or feeling extremely hungry after long time not eating.

        In terms of CBTI, will that fear stop cbti working. I know my body will never lose ability to sleep. Thanks for your answers.

          I’m just worried if I get a new job while doing CBTI : stop worrying and get that new job. That will help.

            Ill think i’ll wait first to save more money before applying just in case the stress of CBTI gets in the way. It is stressful starting a new job dont want to be unemployed in these times
