I am Boudali , I am 59 years old, I suffer from a nervous breakdown with chronic insomnia for about 40 years.
At the beginning of treatment, did I use psychiatric medications incorrectly and wean myself from them several times in a sudden way?
The last semi-proper weaning I did was from (2017) to (2019)?
I waited for my sleep to improve, but unfortunately it did not improve, and I did not get rid of the continuous insomnia (H24) that I am experiencing until now?
All psychiatric medications no longer help me now, and my brain has become very sensitive and refuses any medication?
I recently became acquainted with the discovery of a new drug for chronic insomnia called (Quviviq), but I could not obtain it because it was refused to be sold with a foreign prescription from America and Canada, in which this drug has been sold for a year or more? Because I’m a non-US citizen?
How can you help me, for I am in danger of imminent death, if I do not find immediate and urgent help!?
      Thank you all

Imminent death?? What kind of danger or death are you talking about when you have lived for over 40 years with it?

It sounds as though medication might not be the long-term solution you are looking for since it’s been something you’ve been experimenting with for so long. Do you feel it might be worth exploring a different approach?

Perhaps you’re ongoing (yet understandable!) efforts to control sleep might be the source of a lot of your struggle — and maybe that struggle might be making things even more difficult?

If you are ready to stop struggling with insomnia you can enroll in the online insomnia coaching course right now!
