How are you getting on @gabyrosalesf?
It sounds as though you are able to pinpoint when your sleep issues began — and it’s very common for this to happen at a time of change or stress.
Usually, sleep recovers by itself — but sometimes it doesn’t. When it doesn’t, that’s usually because we start to think and worry about sleep more than we ever did before. Usually, we also introduce compensatory behaviors such as spending more time in bed or trying different supplements that actually perpetuate the problem.
From what you’ve described, you sound like a great candidate for cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I) techniques. Have you tried anything like this?
