Determining sleep time

      I have found it most difficult to determine how long I have slept during a given night. After all, I am unconscious when I am asleep! Since the sleep time determination is critical in the calculation of sleep efficiency, I need to get it right.Does anyone have this problem? How do you remedy it?

        Great question! The accuracy of your average nightly sleep duration isn’t critical — your best guess is just fine, especially when you get started implementing a sleep window since you can make adjustments to your sleep window each week or two, based on how much time you feel you’re spending awake at night.
