Difficulty in falling asleep

      I find it very difficult to fall asleep as soon as I lie in bed. Sometimes it takes me over an hour . I tried reading, listening to audio books on my iPhone with ear buds on. Sometimes it works and sometimes it does not.
      Now and then I try sleeping aid from health food store ( no prescription sleeping pills) But once I fall asleep, I can go into a deep sleep for about 4 hours .
      This is my problem.
      I am easily stress too and have anxiety
      If I have any of the above It makes it more difficult for me to sleep.
