      Training to get out of bed and restrict one’s bed-time needs a lot of discipline especially if the body reacts with symptoms like chilliness and feeling unwell.

          You are right, of course. I am convinced that this approach is worthwhile and successful in the long run. I do work on it and your wonderful podcasts i listen to daily are underlining this resolve.
