I do intense evening workouts and often, as a result, I am full of adrenaline and my sleep quality suffers. I toss and turn and don’t get as much deep sleep as I would like.

Part of this is because my body temperature rises as a result of this exercise and I get too hot.

Would using a sauna after my workout help me relax, get better quality sleep, and reduce my body temperature when I’m sleeping?

A sauna or a hot shower will help, but I would really try to avoid exercising after 7 pm. No matter what you do at the end of a an intense workout, your body will take a while to calm down
