      My doctor said I crashed!, he said my D3 and B12 was so low it was surprised I was walking around, my thyroid and testosterone was quite low as well. The reason I went to visit him was because my patterns were to go to sleep at around 11 PM and I would wake up between two and three in the morning with aggressive heart palpitations and after that I would not be able to go back to sleep. My heart rate would range between the upper 90s in the low one hundreds (111) just laying there. It seems like it only started at night and go throughout the entire night and it made it virtually impossible to sleep because I could feel my chest pounding. Once I started taking the supplements and getting my thyroid and testosterone levels up I started feeling much better but my sleep patterns were still inconsistent at times I would sleep for five hours one night and other nights I would sleep maybe an hour to two hours but the two hours was broken up throughout the entire night so my morning I was exhausted. Any type of sleeping pill would just make things worse I never felt good on it and I never slept with them so that only lasted a couple days and I will not go back to those ever again. I would stay calm and prayerful knowing that this was something I was dealing with temporary early and I could bring myself back I just needed the supplement my body needed and the knowledge of how to mentally bring back order and create good sleep patterns. Thus far this website has been very informative and helpful in creating a healthier overall pattern. I realized I was spending too much time in my bedroom doing other things other than sleeping like work.
      So now I only go to my room at night to sleep and once I’m awake I make sure I don’t do anything stressful in my bedroom. I was going for long walks in the evenings thinking that would help me relax and fall asleep now I get up early in the morning and go for walks and I seem to be responding much better that way. I’ve improved my diet dramatically and eat very clean now and I have noticed that I feel better throughout the day. Prayer is essential and being calm and at peace even those nights when I don’t get to sleep very much I know that this will pass. One of the biggest support or help that I have received other than this website is my friend who had heart surgery several months back and has been dealing with much more severe bouts of insomnia. As he has started to do the steps that are recommended on this website he has started noticing improvement sleep so that has given me a tremendous amount of hope. I have already shared this website on social media to try and help as many people as I can because I know there’s so many people out there that struggle with sleep and horrible sleep patterns that if they were taught I believe their quality of life would dramatically improve.

It sounds as though you’ve moved away from struggling with sleep and it being the focus of your life and moved toward expanding your focus and attention by doing things that are important and meaningful to you.
