hi Guys, i ve got periodes (months) where sudden onset of dry mouth is keeping me up at night. I dont know what it starts, maybe my burnout has something to do with it, or stress/anxiety. I dont snore and sleep with my mouth closed. I have dry mouth during the day as well.

Can anyone relate and has someone a clue what can be done about it? My allready poor sleep is made impossible which makes me even more anxious to go to sleep and adds to my desperation. Can certain food reliev dry mouth? is there a medication or tool that can help me get throught the night? thanks for your help..

        Hello Jerry!

Sleep is never impossible because sleep always happens in the end — it’s just that the sleep we get might not feel as good as we want it to feel or last for as long as we want it to last.

Unfortunately, nobody here (myself included) is qualified to offer you advice on the symptoms you described. Have you described the sudden onset of dry mouth with your doctor?

If you are ready to stop struggling with insomnia you can enroll in the online insomnia coaching course right now! If you would prefer ongoing phone or video coaching calls as part of a powerful three month program that will help you reclaim your life from insomnia, consider applying for the Insomnia Mastery program.
