      Off and on, mostly on, I have had sleep problems for the last 15 years. It has hindered my ability to travel, to sleep with my husband and my overall quality of life. I’ve tried all sorts of supplements and sleeping pills. I just want to lay my head on the pillow and wake up in the morning. I somehow found The Insomnia Coach and was very encouraged to try CBTI. So far the tips I have implemented seem to be helping, they are simple but not easy.
