      I’m currently existing on two hours of sleep per night and despite this I don’t feel tired at all. To put it into context, I was put on Mirtazapine for depression on the 6th December and this initially worked wonders for my sleep. However on 30th December, I woke up at approximately 3am and ever since then my sleep has been horrendous. I am tossing and turning all night with the inability to switch off. I’ve even been prescribed a short course of Zopiclone which maybe puts me to sleep for an extra half an hour or so. I’m feeling desperate. Does anyone have any advice?
