      I know that I shouldn”t takes naps or fall asleep but I just can't help it .I”ll be watching tv and I just go out like a light . anybody out there have any advice on how to stay awake during the day

        Leonn – Sorry I missed this post. I'll put this one out in the next insomniac bulletin. In the meantime, bear in mind this sleepiness proves that you have a natural ability to sleep. Naps are OK as long as they aren't longer than around 45 minutes. You should also avoid napping later in the day since this is more likely to disrupt your sleep.

        What time do you typically go to bed at night, and what time do you typically wake up? How much sleep do you get each night when you go to bed?

          I try to go to bed at 11but not until i'm sleepy which doesn't come very often then i'm supposed to get up at 5am.i guess I average 1hour anigt if i'm lucky not to good huh. I;ve had this to long please help if you can thank you leon
