Family struggles with insomnia

      My dad has been struggling with insomnia for weeks now. He is looking for a job so he can’t take the strong stuff that doctors prescribe. He hardly sleeps at night and can’t even nap during the day. He experiences strong tremors at night that keep him up too. Melatonin and Benadryl don’t help, neither does meditation, exercise, or a weighted blanket. Is there anything else natural he could try? And should he be concerned about the tremors, or is it an effect of the sleep deprivation? Appreciate any advice you could provide me.
