      Hi, I haven’t posted on here in awhile.

      Around two years ago, my occasional poor sleep and anxiety turned into debilitating anxiety, insomnia and depression, due to various personal situations in my life (a relationship ending, family moving away from my city, etc.) They ruined my days and nights. I was terrified that I would have these problems for the rest of my life and that they would ruin my life. I tried many sleep hygiene ideas, bought many sleep gadgets, saw overpriced sleep doctors, used sleep meds, meditated/prayed/did yoga, etc. Although the benzo let me sleep, I didn’t want to become reliant or addicted to it.

      After doing the free course initially, I completed Martin’s 8-week course about a year ago. I sleep much better now. I still have occasional bad nights due to my racing brain, anxiety about different things, trouble sharing a bed with a partner sometimes, etc. I no longer have insomnia and sometimes get more than 8+ hours per night consistently. Thank you for your help and support.
