      So been doing SRT for the past 2weeks, and as posted recently I am stuck in a pattern of sleeping one night and not the next. I have been doing SC. But last night when I was walking down the stairs for the 4th time at 4am in the morn, I just broke and took .5xanax. I only slept for about 2hrs after it but feel like I have failed now. Anyone that’s has done cbti, have I lost all progress by doing this? Feel miserable today as let myself down but just wanted 2days in a row of sleep

        Don’t be too mad at yourself. You haven’t lost all progress! We aren’t perfect all the time. The biggest realization I’ve had is that I do have the ability to sleep. Keep at it; you’re doing well and it will get better.
