      Hi all,

      I’ve spent many a year bouncing back and forth between good sleep and periods of anxiety and insomnia. I’ve always just waited it out, tried not to worry and hoped it would go away. About every four or five years it flares up bad enough that I try to do something about (usually just vitamins and supplements). It’s at that point again, and I think I’m ready to finally try CBT-I. I started reading about it maybe four years but was too chicken to try it out then. I think I’m ready to finally take the leap!

        Hi Mr. Bernstein – here’s another approach you may want to check out as well. Read the book, The Sleep Book, by Guy Meadows. With this method you learn how to let go of your anxiety so that you naturally fall asleep.
