      I started CBT-I on Friday night, and I actually fell asleep in about 45 minutes last night! My sleep efficiency was 79%. I’m hoping for another good night tonight. I definitely feel my sleep confidence going up!

          It’s going pretty good now. 5 nights out of the week are typically good nights. I’m still unsure and nervous at bedtime, though. I never know what the night will bring.
