      Hi everyone,

My name is Stewart and I’ve been dealing with insomnia since a beloved pet died in October 2018.

I never was an amazing sleeper but around November 2018 my insomnia really started to hold onto me with a vice grip.

I’ve been alloting 6hrs40 for sleep since around December last year however, my sleep still isn’t improving.

I have finally decided to take the course and am just about to start my first 5.5 hour sleep window/sleep restriction.

Any tips for this journey? How to stay calm, any positive and helpful sleep related thoughts?

I want to hear from you all!

See you on the other side,

      Stewart.

Hello Stewart! If you implement what you learn, you’ll create better conditions for sleep to occur — that is my best advice!

Oh, and to emphasize how committed I am to your success, I’d even encourage you to substitute the use of sleep forums like this with activities that add enrichment to your life and help you live life according to your values — because, ultimately, what we do when we are awake usually has far more influence over the quality of our lives than how we sleep!
