      Just put on a post a few days ago and here I am again. So tired last night I could hardly stay awake to watch a show. Went to bed and immediately felt tension in my chest and stomach. After a bit I went to the bedroom downstairs which was a waste of time. Awake all night. Aggg! Anyway I am going out for breakfast, an afternoon walk and company over tonight. Fretting all day about the upcoming night is a waste of time. Take care all.
