      I always wake up about three and a half hours to four hours after going to sleep, and if I get up and do something for ninety minutes I can sometimes get back to sleep after that, but that will only give me an hour or so of additional sleep and I will often feel more tired than if I had just laid in bed awake and rested rather then getting up in the middle of the night.

        Perhaps it might be worth allowing yourself to stay in bed when you’re awake — especially if you feel comfortable in bed!
