      Martin and group, just thank you! I thought I had a circadian problem. You have convinced me that waking up in the middle of the night is “normal” and there is nothing wrong with me. Just knowing that alone helps me sleep longer. I have gone two straight nights without clonazepam because I thought that was the only way I could sleep. I realize that what is in my head is keeping me awake, not the absence of a pill. I hope this “winning streak” continues. I understand that there will be setbacks because I have been through this before. I also noticed that if I have a bad night (my definition is less than 5 hours), I will recover the next night without clonazepam to “knock me out.”
