      I have been suffering from anxiey for nearly 2 months and have insomnia trouble getting off to sleep without sleeping tablets and start to get anxious night time before going to bed can anyone tell me does this get better as finding it hard to cope the next day as I am always worring about sleeping

        Welcome to the forum, Alan. Anxiety is a common reason for sleep disruption, so it’s actually quite normal to experience sleep disruption during times of stress or worry. Is the issue that is causing your anxiety sleep-related? If so, you would likely benefit from cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia — and it’s always best to tackle this sooner rather than later because the longer you leave the anxiety unaddressed, the more entrenched it will become and the more difficult it will be to resolve.
