      Im on day 8 ofbthe free course and i struggled to get out of bed. Anyone have tips for getting yourself put of bed? I often dread starting the day because I feel exhausted and anxious most days.

        Are you saying that you struggled today, or do you mean it is like that every day? Any change at all since starting the course?

          I struggle most days. The email course has helped a bit. What has helped most are the insomnia success stories podcast he has. Those seem to lower my anxiety.

            No need to get out of bed if you don’t want to! What matters here is giving yourself an alternative to battling and struggling, trying to control what your experience might be telling you cannot be controlled (sleep, what you’re thinking, how you’re feeling). That can be done in bed or out of bed 🙂
