      Hi there,

My biggest sleep challenge is getting to sleep in the first place – I often lay awake for hours ruminating on what has, or hasn’t happened in the day and mentally adding things to my to-do list for the next day.

I have tried setting aside time in the evening for winding down.  This includes turning off the TV an hour before bed, also ignoring my phone for that hour and reading a book or chatting with my partner. I definitely notice that I find it easier to sleep on the nights I manage to do this. I’m also starting to explore supplements (natural) to help.

It would be great to learn what other people do who share the same sleep problem that I do.
