      Hi all. 9 years an insomniac. I have done CBT, tried all of the evil antidepressants that give you side effects and make you pile on the pounds. Now taking Zopiclone every other night to prevent a tolerance. This way. On the nights that I’m not medicated I can really make an effort to get myself to sleep naturally and if I don’t succeed (I’m not currently succeeding) I get to catch up the day after.

      Any tips please? My long term goal is to not need meds at all one day.
