I'll start with a simple hello, so HELLO everyone, my name Is Brian and I was diagnosed with Bipolar this time last year. I'll be honest I'm still enduring a daily battle to keep my feet on the ground, a major factor In my Bipolar Is having manic phases where I don't sleep for day's on end and my mind Isn't all there an that's how I found this place I've been awake now for 50 hours with no sign's of It stopping. This place is exactly what I was looking for, a place to talk an swap experience's. And it's so far so good from what I can see. Feel free to stop by for a chat anytime.. hope to hear from you soon.. 🙄

Firstly thank's for having me 🙄 . As for previous experience's of Insomnia, no I used to be a relatively good sleeper. It's all come about due to the Bipolar part of the condition Is having a thing called Mania or hyper mania. When your In the grasp of a manic episode your experience euphoria, grandeur, a huge sense of well being and most importantly your thought's tend to race In all direction's.. With all that going on It's near on impossible to even think about relaxing let alone sleeping. It can be good whilst your In the midst of It but the lack of sleep has It's own way of making you pay. An right now I'm starting to pay as I've been awake for 61 hours now.
