Good Times: It feels like Spring has sprung this week and I've managed to exercise outside for five days in a row now.

Bad Times: The exercise is not helping my insomnia. I only got about two or three hours this morning.

Good Times: The Mentalist is on in 15 minutes. Perfect guilty pleasure TV for a Friday night 🙂
