      I look forward to reading some of your tips. I am here as I want to improve my sleeping behaviour which has got worse over the past few months with sleep.

      I come to bed and my mind has trouble switching off. One of the tips that has helped is to not stress about lack of sleep.

        As you’ve experienced, sleep-related thoughts can increase our arousal at bedtime and make sleep more difficult but it sounds like you’re trying to manage those thoughts. Can you expand on that idea? Why do you think you feel anxious about sleep or wakefulness?
