      Had a bad bout of insomnia earlier this year mostly triggered by a lot of various stressors. Then the insomnia itself became a major stressor. Took a while but bit by bit sorted it out. The support and tips and techniques I learned from Insomnia Coach definitely helped. If you’re struggling, I feel for you. I was there (may well be again at some point). So it’s good to know and remind oneself that sleep can and most likely will get better. Perhaps sooner than you expect.
