                I tried to upload some pics, I guess they didn't take. The dog pic was too big. I'm not 100% sure I officially have insomnia, but for 2 months, I'm not sleeping right. I'm experimenting with different sleep pills now to find a good combination. My doctor isn't exactly helpful, only that they continue to let me try new meds. So I'm taking the matter into my own hands a bit. When is it officially called insomnia? Does it have to be an issue for years or just months? I hoped to learn what other meds people have tried to get new ideas and also offer any input on different meds I've tried. I am really sensitive to meds, so I'm usually taking the lowest dose, expect ambien, I've gotten used to that now and it doesn't work until I take 10mg. One Tylenol PM, puts me out for almost 20 hours (or sleep for 10, very groggy for the next 10). Can you suggest a thread that discusses mixing different meds, or should I start a new one?

                  I think you should browse the insomnia forum for tips and advice – there are a number of different threads over there discussing a number of different medications.
