      I experienced huge improvement to my sleep just within a week of reading Martin’s advice. The most important thing he said, I found, was to stop arranging my life around my insomnia and to break the cycle of anxiety so my sleep drive could reset itself naturally. Once I relaxed , knowing that the natural sleep urge is stronger than my anxiety trying to prevent it, things got better. My great fear was that ‘ I’ll never sleep again’ : when I realised , after nights of not sleeping at all, the body must and will sleep at some point I was reassured. Thank you Martin.
