      I am new to this forum. I just wanted to say that while it is a work in progress I am managing to shed a fear of ‘my bed’ after years of tortured nights going back to my childhood . I am getting better at understanding my ways of thinking around sleep and of how I dreaded the chore of having to face new days when I felt like an incompetent , lazy person.
