      Hello I'am Ramiro from Peru,

      Because a lot of stress with a work , i lost the hability to feel tiredness at night and insomnia enter in my life, i was unable to sleep for about 20, 21 days(it's a miracle that i'am alive), after one night of frustration.

      sleeping pills didn't worked(zolpidem,dormex..), only 25mg of Levomepromazine worked for the first night prescribed by a psychiatric. During long periods of stress brain is damaged, i was with a prescription of mirtazapine, sertraline for years. Now i'am taking only 7mg of Mirtazapine(could be 0mg i wan't to retire this med because cause severe problems as more weight, blurred vision), and i get sleep after 3,4am, a few of hours, 2,3,4.

      I was in a spiritual retreat (was great but after a few of days i was ) two weeks ago, after if, i was able to sleep without taking nothing, but it was only two days, after it insomnia is present, currently i'am unemployed, this factor creates a bit more of stress.

      I don't want to go to a psychologist, the previous visit the advice was “make exercise and you will sleep”, i did it but it did't helped, so why to spend time going to receive a cheap and unuseful advice?
