      Just joined in. I've developed chronic insomnia this year. I'm hoping I could find more ways to cope and improve my condition by joining this forum. Thank you for accepting me.

          I had a traumatic experience last August. I woke up 4am to pee and I noticed my right eye was blurry. So that kept me up all night that night, I was researching online and drove myself paranoid. I visited the doctor next day and he gave me some eye drops and in four days the bluriness went away, it turns out it was an eye infection. But in all those four days I was living in fear that I may go blind so it kept me up all night. After the eye issue resolved, I developed the insomnia and am now battling wih it.
