      My name is Jacqueline, and I suffer from insomnia. I have never been a great sleeper, but it has gotten way worse since having my son (he’s 16 months old). My biggest sleep challenge is staying asleep. I often fall asleep relatively well, but then wake up around 3am, and find it very difficult to get back to sleep. I have found that not going on my phone at all in the evening has helped some. I always worry that my lack of sleep impacts my daily life. I often feel anxious after a night of not sleeping well.
