      I am practicing the sleep restriction method moving forward. I have to try something different if I am going to expect change. So it makes since to restrict time in bed for only those hours that I am actually sleeping (2-3hrs right now ). It’s hard to stay up until sleepy and hard to get out of bed knowing I got little sleep, but I have faith my body will regain its ability to sleep!

        Great to see you take that first step with creating a sleep window. I compare CBT-I to starting a new fitness regimen – consistency and patience are key to finding progress! If you have questions along the way, feel free to post it!
