Yes Martin, I have 🙂 I have had 4 sessions so far of neurofeedback and have borrowed a biofeedback gizmo to try it out. It is an interesting theory and time will tell if it works for me. The PTSD that I was diagnosed with in 2008 is quite evident from the feedback. My brain is 'stuck' so to speak. However I am hopeful…….

For now I have to go, as it is time to leave the computer screen, a big part of sleep hygiene, eh? I have to say 'eh' as I live I Canada 🙂

Will be back if anyone is interested in the feedback.

May I take this opportunity to express my ongoing gratitude Martin for the ongoing research and information you share.

Did you ever try the feedback Kate? How are you getting on groggy?

Neurofeedback seemed to help after about 20 sessions and then for about 2 months after I quit.

Biofeedback was interesting but I borrowed the equipment for a couple of months.

I Quit neurofeedback because of the cost and I hadn't realized I would need to continue so am back to square one.

Thanks for the update, Kate. I wonder if there's a way to cut down on the cost of neurofeedback – maybe after the 20 sessions (or whatever), you could get away with just 1 session per week/month? Have you considered this or asked the practitioner about this by any chance?

I am doing now sort of neurofeedback. We call it bioaccoustic correction. But the idea is very close to neurofeedback. The prices here in my town is 1.000 rubles for one session and I need to do 10-15 sessions (it depends on the result). I have just started. Already feel improvement in my depression. But not in sleep. But it was only my 1st session.
