I’m struggling to remain disciplined in all aspects of CBTI, how do you stick to the plan?
      What works for you?
I’m considering some sort of sabbatical and just go somewhere I can’t be distracted, for until I’m able to sleep in a healthy pattern again, not undersleep > oversleep cycle all the time. I dislike the term but it gets my point across, sort of like a “retreat”.
I’ve had many many failed attempts and am getting quite dispirited.

The fact you keep on trying is very encouraging! It’s normal for it to take a number of attempts to succeed at something that is challenging — smokers, for example, often take many attempts to quit and experience a number of relapses before they are ultimately successful!

So, the key is to keep on trying! If you have given up in the past, that doesn’t mean you can’t try again!

What are the most difficult aspects of cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I)
techniques that you seem to struggle with?
