How long are you awake at nights?

      I sleep very irregularity most nights. On good nights I manage some six hours. Other times I go from nothing at all to 1 to 2 hours to 3 to 4 hours. I manage these sleep intervals usually late into the night oe even late morning after long periods of being awake. While all this is concerning what worries me most is those nights I don’t sleep at all. Could this also happen? Have others experienced this? Or am I an anomaly? This is hugely distressing to me and I wonder about the forum experience.

        I have the same problem it feels as though I don’t sleep very deeply at anymore,sleep now feels very shallow,next month I’m gonna try to get my dr to set up a sleep study but then the important thing will be what’s there to do about it because if I’m just gonna be put on sleep pills that’s pretty useless to me.

            Thanks for the link Martin. The video to say the least was comforting. I thought I could have some kind of a broken circadian rhythm. There were days when I had no sleep nights 2-3 days in a row. I must start SR after I have compiled my sleep diary. Thank you.
