hi everyone, never done anything like this before but here goes. there quite a bit of talk on here about sleep restriction, well i average about 2-3 hours of sleep a nite . so usually very tired the next day usually tried to nap 10-15 minutes sometime the next morning between chores. now i am trying to skip that to build sleep but getting dangerously weak. i work outside on a farm i am worried about safety and/or maybe a bout of exhaustion. any advice or similar experiences out there?

Sleep restriction doesn’t usually lead to less sleep since the amount of time allotted for sleep is still longer than your average nightly sleep duration. If you don’t feel comfortable or ready to make this change yet, what are the other options available that you feel would be more workable?
