How to deal with the voice in my head?

      Hello,

      At first I like to thank again eveyone on this forum for answering my questions. You’re such a great support to me in this proces.
      I am stil doing cbt-i. I can approve it works for me. Although it feels constraining in a certain way, I am happy that I sleep much more now.
      There is something that I really find difficult. At daytime I do things I think are worthwile. But so much of the time there is a little voice in my head that tells me: ” tonight will be there again. How will this night be?”
      So, I never feel free of it. Does anyone recognise this and maybe has a tip for me to handle this?

        Milko,

        When those unhelpful thoughts arrive, how do you react or respond to them? Remember, thoughts are truths so you shouldn’t believe everything you think. In fact, thoughts usually aren’t the problem for our anxiety, it’s when we start to identify with and believe them that’s the issue.
