Fighting incessant insomnia for a month now, it’s turned my world upside down.

If insomnia is the fear of not getting any sleep how to you restructure your thoughts not to care? Easier said than done when your tossing and turning at 3am.

      Thanks!

Right there with ya.. In fact, it’s morphed into major anxiety/depression, to know that I struggle with resting.. I pray we both can overcome this soon!

Yes, easier said than done. But talking so much makes it easier to do. Your brain will start to disarm and calm down as it will have nothing to monitor or resolve. The more anxious and worried you are, the more he will want to help you and will put you on high alert. Watch videos on paradoxical intent that explain just that. Good luck!
