      Hello

      I wish every one of you a happy and healthy days.

      I got a question about the amount of sleep i am getting at.I know i should not be count the hours but i can’t help it.Last 3 days i only manage to sleep 4 or 3 hours for each day.I am feeling tired and also scared because i had a thought that my health became worse because of this.

      I know you guys going to tell me , sometimes it can be bad nights and we should accept them or nobody can know , how sleep effects the health but i am telling you guys what i am feeling right now , i am feeling not okay.My body tells me i need to sleep more so that’s why i need some quidance or maybe hearing “Everything is gonna be ok” from someone i don’t know.

        I’m going through another bout of insomnia right now. I feel terrible too. Body is sore and shaky. Do you have that? My problem is anxiety.

          I’m going through another bout of insomnia right now. I feel terrible too. Body is sore and shaky. Do you have that? My problem is anxiety. It started 1 year ago today. Then I was fine for 8 months and it came back in December. Then I was fine and then it came back last week.
