      Especially with the lockdown messing up my sleep routine, I’ve been going to sleep at 11am and waking up at 8pm. This is taking a horrible toll on my mental and physical health. I’m tired all of the time, my anxiety is sky high and I have no motivation to do anything. Tips? Please?!? I’ve cut out caffeine and tonight I’ve tired not watching TV in my room but alas it has not worked at all. I just desperately want sleep.

        Welcome to the forum! Did you mean to say that you are going to bed at 11:00 PM and getting up at 8:00 AM, or are you really going to bed at 11:00 AM (in the morning) and then getting out of bed at 8:00 PM (in the evening)?
