I need response regarding my question

      Hello,
      I have been going through martin’s YouTube video.. And its so reassuring. May Allah bless him. And yesterday i went to bed with zero anxiety.
      But my problem is whenever i come across any comment like “i wish this were true, success doesn’t happen in my case or anything negative experience after applying cbti technique” i get frustrated and think like what if i experience the same situation.. And boom again i start to have bad nights.

      I want Reassurance that all the negative experience that i find on internet is really 100% true?? Or they just exaggerate their situation more than their true experience.. Cause i as an insomniac have a tendency to mark a night either “terrible” or “great” and there is no “ok” or there is no in between..

      When someone is experiencing terrible situation i panicked like “uhhh..this might just happen to me too”

        Everyone is different and when we read forums we are essentially reading the opinions of other people — and we never know the specific circumstances of others (or what they’ve tried).
