When do you usually drink caffeinated coffee? If you drink it mainly in the morning, it’s unlikely to have much of an influence on sleep at night. If you drink a gallon of it right before bed, that might cause some problems!

I think I should stop drinking coffee.Usually have caffeine in the morning and in the evening.Only 2 cups of coffee though. One cup in the morning and one in the evening. My therapist say not to have any caffeine after 12 because caffeine stay in your body for 10 hours and it would disrupt my sleep.

Coffee in the evening has more potential to disrupt sleep compared to coffee in the morning. You could always consider this change as an experiment to see if it has any effect. You are the expert on you! I wish you all the best 🙂
